Website information

Prices, availability, specifications, features, plans, photographs, and details may be changed or updated without prior notice. Square footage, floor areas, and dimensions are approximate. Plans are reduced and are not to scale. Photographs may show prior furnishings, arrangements, events, or configurations.

Memberships and bookings

The applicable GeniusDen Member Agreement, signed event or booking agreement, payment terms, and written confirmation govern each membership or reservation. Submitting a request does not reserve a date unless GeniusDen confirms it in writing and any required agreement and payment are complete.

Payments and outside services

Payments may be processed by Stripe, and forms or scheduling may be provided through outside services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Website use

This website is provided for information and for requesting or purchasing GeniusDen services. GeniusDen names, text, photographs, graphics, and other site content may not be copied or republished without permission.
