What does a GeniusDen private office include?
A furnished, lockable office; internet and utilities; shared conference-room access; coffee and tea; printing; mail privileges; and a Deep Ellum business address. You can begin working without furnishing or setting up a conventional office.
How much do private offices at GeniusDen cost?
Current private offices range from $515 to $1,500 per month, depending on size and capacity. Availability changes, so confirm the particular office and current price before choosing.
How many people can work in a GeniusDen office?
Current offices are designed for approximately one to ten people. Choose for the people, furniture, and equipment you expect to use during the next year—not merely the number working there today.
Are GeniusDen offices furnished and move-in ready?
Yes. Current private offices include desks and chairs, internet, utilities, and shared workplace services. Confirm the exact furniture and layout when you tour the available office.
Are conference rooms included with a private office?
Yes. Members receive open conference-room use in a practical, shared manner. Reserve the room you need, leave availability for other members, and coordinate with us when timing is important.
What additional charges should I expect?
Internet, utilities, coffee and tea, printing, and shared conference-room access are included in the current office price. Additional team members, day passes, separately booked events, parking, and other special arrangements may have separate costs.
What is the membership commitment?
Private-office membership begins with a 12-month term and then continues month to month. Members provide at least 60 days’ written notice before ending the membership. Other terms may be discussed in person.
How much is due when I join?
The initial payment includes prorated rent through the next first of the month plus one prepaid final month. Regular monthly rent begins on that next first of the month.
When is a private office better than working from home or coworking?
Choose a private office when you need confidential conversations, equipment that stays assembled, room for another person, a professional place for clients, or dependable separation between work and home.
Can I meet clients at GeniusDen?
Yes. Members can receive business guests and reserve shared conference rooms for private conversations, presentations, and working meetings.
What are GeniusDen’s hours?
GeniusDen is open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Members may continue working quietly after 5:30 PM.
Where do GeniusDen members and guests park?
Free parking is available on Murray Street at Commerce, along the 3200 block of Commerce Street, and at the City Services campus at Hall and Canton. Paid parking is available at Lot 39, 3028 Main Street, and at the paid lot at Hall and Canton. Please follow posted parking restrictions.
